What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry: your name, email address, preferred contact method, your requested dates and guest numbers, and any message you write.

We do not ask for card details, passport numbers or identity documents through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote for your stay, and manage your booking if you go ahead. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of bookings. Retention periods are confirmed by the villa owner and will be stated here once agreed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page and we will respond.

Current status of this site

At present the enquiry form validates your details in your browser and does not transmit or store them anywhere. Once the villa's secure backend is connected, this page will state exactly where enquiry data is stored and who can see it.
