House Rules
A few straightforward rules help everyone enjoy the villa while respecting the property and our neighbours.
Registered guests
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Only registered or pre-approved guests may stay at or use the villa.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Approved late check-out is subject to availability and costs ฿250 per additional hour.
Pool safety
The private pool is unfenced and unsupervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please avoid glassware around the pool.
Noise
The villa is in a residential community. Keep music and voices at a respectful level, particularly after 10:00 PM.
Parties and events
The villa is for private stays by registered guests and is not an event venue. Large, commercial or disruptive parties or events are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Use designated outdoor areas and ashtrays.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before the stay.
Energy and water
Electricity and water are included. Please switch off unnecessary lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
Damage
No upfront security deposit is collected. Guests are responsible for verified damage beyond reasonable wear. The villa team may inspect the property before departure or immediately after check-out.
Address privacy
Please do not publicly publish the villa's exact address or access instructions.
