A short set of rules that keeps the villa calm for you and considerate towards the neighbours.
Guest numbers
The villa accommodates a maximum of eight guests across its four bedrooms. Extra overnight guests are not permitted without written agreement from the villa.
The pool
The private pool is unfenced and unsupervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not use glassware at the poolside.
Respect for neighbours
The villa sits in a residential area. Please keep music and voices low late at night so neighbours are not disturbed.
Care of the property
Please treat the villa, its kitchen and its furnishings as you would your own home. Any damage should be reported to the villa promptly so it can be resolved fairly.
Address privacy
The exact address is shared with you after your booking is confirmed. Please do not publish it publicly.
