How a stay is agreed between you and After Party Villas.
An enquiry is not a booking
Submitting the form on this website sends an enquiry. It does not reserve dates and does not create a contract. Your stay exists only once the villa confirms it in writing.
Quote and confirmation
After your enquiry the villa replies with availability and a written quote covering the total price. If you accept, the villa issues a booking reference and confirms your dates.
Payment
No payment is collected on this website. There is no online checkout, and no card details are ever requested or stored here. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with the villa.
Guest responsibilities
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, is responsible for everyone in the party, and agrees to the House Rules on behalf of the group.
Changes
Requests to change dates or guest numbers are handled case by case and depend on availability. Please contact the villa as early as possible.
