Booking Terms
These terms explain how a direct stay with After Party Villas is requested and confirmed.
Booking enquiry
Sending an enquiry does not reserve dates. A booking becomes confirmed only when the villa confirms it in writing and any agreed payment requirement has been completed.
Pricing
Your written quote states the rate and any applicable charges for your requested dates. Review the total before confirming.
Payment
No payment or card information is collected through this website. Payment instructions, accepted methods and timing are provided directly with the booking confirmation.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is eight guests unless the villa gives written approval otherwise. The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the booking.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and, when approved, costs ฿250 per additional hour.
Damage
No upfront security deposit is collected. The lead guest is responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for verified damage caused by the booking party beyond normal wear.
Changes
Requests to change dates, guest details or stay length depend on availability and may change the applicable price.
Cancellation
The cancellation conditions applicable to your rate are provided in writing before payment or final confirmation. Those written conditions form part of your booking.
House rules
Confirming a stay means the lead guest accepts the published House Rules on behalf of the booking party.
