What happens if plans change, and how the terms of your stay are made clear before you commit.

Cancelling an enquiry

An unconfirmed enquiry can be withdrawn at any time, at no cost. Simply reply to let the villa know.

Cancelling a confirmed booking

If your booking has been confirmed, contact the villa directly with your booking reference as soon as you can. The refund terms that apply to your stay are the ones set out in your written quote and confirmation.

No hidden terms

The villa will not publish refund percentages or deadlines here until the owner has confirmed them, because guessing them would be misleading. Your confirmation is always the authoritative document.

Cancellation by the villa

In the rare case that the villa cannot host your stay — for example due to damage or an essential repair — you will be told immediately and offered alternative dates or a refund of amounts paid.
