What happens if your plans change, before and after your stay is confirmed.
Before confirmation
An unconfirmed enquiry may be withdrawn at any time without charge.
After confirmation
The cancellation terms that apply to a confirmed stay are stated in the written quote or confirmation provided before payment. Promotional, peak-date and special rates may carry different conditions.
How to cancel
Contact the villa directly and include your booking reference. The date we receive your written cancellation request is used when applying the agreed cancellation terms.
Changes
If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and the rate for the new dates.
If the villa must cancel
If After Party Villas cannot provide a confirmed stay for reasons within its control, the villa will offer suitable alternative dates or refund the accommodation amount already paid for the affected booking.
Authoritative record
Your booking confirmation remains the authoritative record of the cancellation terms agreed for your stay.
